Ocean Edge has its highlights, especially with its beautiful beachfront and supportive concierge services. However, the experience fell short due to inconsistencies in service quality and a lack of information about the facilities. While we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and the beachfront access, the food options didn’t warrant the high prices.

The staff, mostly students, seemed overwhelmed and it led to a rather frustrating experience. Similar to a dated holiday park, it's not ideal for what you pay. However, the tennis and golf lessons were great and the outdoor kids' club received high praise from my family.
